Currently we aren’t taking our pupils on visits out of school. We still want our children to have experiences out of the classroom in order to bring their topics alive. Our Y2s were lucky enough to have Florence Nightingale visit our school and talk about her life and her work in the Crimean War.
Everyone in our school enjoys the activities associated with Black History Month and all our classes embark on many, varied projects. Here’s what Y6 have been up to.
Despite the current restrictions, we are still allowing our children to experience the broad and balanced curriculum they deserve.
I love this project. I have really enjoyed seeing the models come into school each morning. You are all very creative and imaginative. Well done.
