Pride of Prince Edward

Jan 2

This week’s winner is the perfect person to be given the Pride of Prince Edward Award! She is a real role model in Sapphire class! Since the start of the year, she has worked exceptionally hard in every lesson. Not a day goes by that she does not try her absolute hardest and push herself to achieve new goals. She has so much pride in her work! She is kind, polite and charming and we feel very lucky to have her in Sapphire class! She is a shining star with so much potential. I am absolutely thrilled to be able to name her as the new Pride of Prince Edward.

Our newest Pride of Prince Edward is the definition of an ‘always’ child. She is kind, polite, funny, hard working and a general superstar. Reading her work is an absolute pleasure, as not only will she have put her best effort in, it is clear that she has listened really carefully to her instructions. Her name probably doesn’t get mentioned enough as she is always making the right choices, but it’s important that she knows just how valued she is as a member of Amber class. Well done – thank you for always being a star.

Happy New Year 2020!

Happy New Year everyone! It’s Friday and we have had a great first week back. The children have returned to school with amazing attitudes to learning. They have remembered exactly how we do things here at Prince Edward Primary. They are polite, courteous, friendly, sincere, hard working and responsible. I’ve enjoyed seeing all our pupils and their families each morning when they come to school. Meeting and greeting our families on the school yard is a great start to the day. The children have thrown themselves straight in to their learning and after school clubs: Y6 are looking at alternative fairy tales, Y3s have been excited about their dance; and gaming club, Razzmatazz Drama Club and Handball Club have got off to a great start.
